The length of a force arrow represents the magnitude of the force
The length of a force arrow represents the magnitude of the force. If a force is twice as big, then the arrow should be twice as long.

In the diagram above, the 10N force is twice the magnitude of the 5N force, so the arrow is twice as long.
Hint: Magnitude means the size of the force. A 10N force has a greater magnitude than a 3N force.
