I can identify a metre rule
A metre rule is a 1m (1 metre) ruler. Metre rules are a type of ruler which is regularly used in physics practical work so are worth highlighting as a measuring tool.
In addition to taking measurements of length, metre rules are often used to help line things up as they are long enough to be useful in most practical work.
Metre rules often don't have a gap between the zero mark and the end of the ruler.
